Jeff Hoogesteger joins LTI as Partner

Throughout his career, he has held multiple CEO, managing director and board positions within leading international organizations. In these roles, he successfully led complex turnarounds, increased enterprise value and executed international M&A transactions across corporate, family-owned and private equity-backed environments.

What truly sets Jeff apart is that his impact goes far beyond results alone. Having lived and worked on all continents, he played a key role in building and strengthening international management teams. With a strong focus on people and context, Jeff has taken ownership for identifying, recruiting and developing senior leaders across diverse cultures and geographies. Building high-performing, multicultural leadership teams is simply part of his DNA.

Alongside his executive experience, Jeff brings extensive governance expertise as chairman and non-executive board member.
