Albert was elected as the first global chairman for 4 years of AltoPartners and was ranked in the top 150 most influential head hunters in the world by Business Week. Albert has worked in the field of Executive Search since 1987.
He is one of the founding partners of AltoPartners. Prior to founding Froom & Partners/Leaders Trust The Netherlands, Albert worked for AMRO Bank and ITT, where he held various commercial and management positions.
Albert holds a Master degree in commercial, public and corporate Law from the University of Utrecht. Albert is the Global Practice Head Family Owned Businesses for AltoPartners. He leads senior search assignments in general management and other CxO positions, over the last decade focused on the larger international family owned businesses. Within the diverse industries, he handles Non-Executive Director positions internationally. Next to his Board work, he finds top talent for NGO’s.
He once lost a hockey match 13-0, not a day goes by without Bach. He has participated in two sailing world championships, and believes in the power of people. This is why he calls himself a religious humanist. And significantly: friendship is forever.
