Creating job profiles, which are based on the organization’s preferences and needs

Searching and creating a strong and broad longlist of possible candidates

Qualifying longlist candidates. Towards the candidate(s) we emphasize what to expect and what the concerned position adds to a future career

Presenting a shortlist of our candidates to our client

Assessing the final candidate(s) and checking references

Follow up 3 and 6 months after the candidate’s placement
